I started learning how leadership is applied and how it flourishes at a young age, when being asked to lead sports teams as an athlete and coach on and off the field. Over the years leading and empowering teams has become my passion and luckily also my profession.
In addition to this 15+ years of experience in managing operational teams and projects helped me to build successful sports teams, co-found a business with my brother and also succeed building successful customer care and operations teams.
I love new challenges and opportunities that need to be solved. I consider myself a strong operational mind, that is always solution oriented and empowers and supports everyone to succeed.
